A digital hot metal temperature meter controls the molten iron temperature, ensuring that each batch of hot metal meets the required specifications. The wire-feeding nodulizing equipment and transfer system are synchronized, and the fully automatic bottom pouring machine pours the hot metal quickly and safely, ensuring the highest possible nodularity and product quality.
Stable production process
Utilizing a wire-feeding spheroidization process, the product achieves a spheroidization rate of Grade 2 or higher (90%-95%), exceeding industry standards. Its actual tensile strength exceeds 500 MPa, and its elongation exceeds 15%, ensuring its industry-leading position in comprehensive mechanical performance.
The product boasts a clean, high-end appearance and a dense internal structure. Its production line elbows and tees offer the highest precision in the industry (with rough diameter ovality within 50 wires).
